Still not running miles just walking. I'll be kicking up the pace on Monday. I've been keeping up with my diet and staying under my calorie goals and eating more fruits,vegetables,nuts and only had red meat once this week. I've been rewarded with a little over 7#s of loss. We'll see what next week holds for us. Tomorrow I'll be riding an easy 15 with a friend who is also getting back to the bike after a long time off. -Eckroll |
