Good bike ride today. Very challenging hills and the temp was pretty good. I'm struggling a little with nutrition I think at the 2hr mark. I'm going to have to do a little research on that. I felt I was about to bonk at the end. I'm taking Gu Gels every 45 minutes but it is not enough. However, I only had 300 calories for the entire day prior to my ride this afternoon. I'm going to have to do better than that. |
