Ok didn’t get to workout the last two days. I missed my swim Friday cause I couldn’t get moving in the morning and by the time I got to the gym they were closing. Saturday the weather looked bad and I couldn’t get with my partner so another day lost. However, I wasn’t going to let another day go by so today I headed out. I did things completely bass ackwards and started with my bike. I completed a little over 16 miles. It was a very nice ride. The temps were up in the mid 70′s today. I followed my ride up with a two mile run. Other than having to dodge kids and parents standing around on the track talking it was pretty uneventful. I managed to shave nearly 50 seconds off my mile pace from last week. Finally I did my swim. I now know why the swim is first. I suspect there would be a lot of drownings if the swim were last. I did 500 meters and it really wasn’t that bad. I forgot to check my time getting in and out so I don’t have those numbers. I treated myself to jacuzzi and sauna after and sat and enjoyed the quiet.
