Run day 5min warmup 3mph 8 x 1 min 6mph 39min 3mph My first runs in months. How things have changed. A lot of stuff on my body is jiggling. I've got a long way to go but if I keep my calorie intake to 1500 I should be back to where I was in about a month or so. I'm working to 1 goal and that is a 30 min 5k by the end of the year. I ran a 32 shortly before I stopped my program several months ago. I should be able to make it. -eckroll |
