OK something is definately changing in my body.  This last 7 days I've gained a pound every single day.  WTF?  That doesn't even make sense.  If anyone has any ideas please share in a comment below.  Strangly my scale has a body fat calculator on it which I rarely look at but I've noticed it is reading 4% lower than normal even though I'm heavier than I've been in a couple of months.  IDK, I'm at a loss.  Is it possible to retain 7 pounds of water all of a sudden?

Good swim today. Again I went out a little fast the first two laps then had to backstroke a lap to get my lungs back.  After that is was smooth sailing.

Maybe you're opening your mouth while swimming and swallowing too much water...?
